Bean and cheese quesadillas

I want to start cooking Mexican food a lot more often since I got addicted to it when I was in America, so this is a start on that :) The salsa ingredients are just what I like to put in it for seasoning, any sauce or vegetables work fine too. 2 of them is about enough for one person, they're pretty filling.

Ingredients:
2 flour tortillas
A can of refried beans
Grated cheddar cheese
Olive oil
1 tomato
A few slices of onion
1 clove of garlic
1 jalapeño pepper

Cooking:
1) To make the salsa topping, finely chop the tomato, onion, garlic and jalapeño, as in this recipe.

2) Heat a frying pan on medium heat with a little olive oil. If you like the tortillas to be soft you can fry them dry, but I prefer when they're a little crispy on the outside.

3) On half of each tortilla, spread a base of the refried beans, sprinkle the cheese on top and spread the salsa over it. Fold the tortilla in half so it's a half-moon shape.

4) Put them on the pan for about 3 minutes, then flip them and give them another 3 minutes. Check to see if the cheese is melted inside and if so they're all ready to eat.
