White chocolate coconut flake buns

White chocolate, coconut, honey, peanuts... if anyone doesn't like these I think there's something very wrong with them :) Chocolate rice krispie buns were a very common food at birthday parties when I was a kid, I just adapted this recipe from the idea of those. These amounts make about 12 buns.

Ingredients:
200g good-quality white baking chocolate
200g honey nut cornflakes
5 tablespoons of dessicated coconut
Some cupcake papers

Prepartion:
1) Melt the white chocolate, then add it to a large bowl that you can mix everything in.

2) Add the spoonfuls of coconut to the chocolate and stir in well.

3) Add the honey nut flakes and stir them in. When they're mixed well enough there should be just a bit of chocolate on each flake, they don't need to be all coated in it.

4) Try to resist the temptation to eat it all out of the bowl. But don't try too hard, it tastes delicious when the chocolate is still warm.

5) Spoon the mixture into the cupcake papers, then put in the fridge to set for at least an hour and they're ready to eat.
